What is Seth Govan using in Waves and Fives?

Seth Govan is Guthrie Govan's bassist in his Erotic Cakes album.
Can anyone help me identify the effects used by Seth in Waves and Fives? I can't seem to figure it out. Thank you TB!

He is by far my favorite bass player, i cant believe people arent picking up on this "local-bass-teacher-brother of a guitar god-dude"...i could hum every erotic cakes part from memory...great, now im excited.

From what ive seen live he uses a 4 string jazz into a compressor and a chorus/reverb.
