yeah, i'm definitely out of the market. just giving a head's up to anyone interested since the tbx is a rare bird.

she's going in for a plek and route / new p.u.'s end of the month. still deciding which pickups. leaning towards barts to 'smooth' out the tone from a graphite neck-thru. but may throw caution to the wind and go for an even clearer tone and put in nordy's.

yup. mr. wilkins did a nice job. like glass. was hesitant at first about someone working on graphite. wasn't sure if it was like working with wood.

but contacted him and he mentioned he's worked on modulus necks in the past so a refin on graphite is no issue.

he knocked down the gloss finish on the back of the neck for a more 'satin-y' feel. feels a bit weird (not like a satin finish on a maple neck) but will get use to it.
