When I first saw the pic I couldn't make out the headstock.

I was SO hoping this was a new CV or VM Squier.

I wouldn't pay $1400 for that, let alone $6000!

Nice looking bass, but it looks like a Geddy neck with a tele headstock...it doesn't even appear to be string through...and doesn't even have Dunlop or Schaller strap locks.

I am pretty sure I could put together a nearly identical bass from parts for around a grand. Someone here should try it, In fact I think it might be a great bass, though 'buckers have never really been my thing.

I love the style but hated the price. You could pretty much get one to spec with parts (assuming you're handy with a soldering iron) and only pay about $1000.
