That's not a Telecaster. When they made them with humbuckers (roughly 1972-78), they only had the single neck pickup.

It looks like a custom, based on a Tele body. Maybe a parts bass.

yes it's a CS bass, and try 6,000 dollars.

I am pretty sure I could put together a nearly identical bass from parts for around a grand. Someone here should try it, In fact I think it might be a great bass, though 'buckers have never really been my thing.
