30w acoustic bass amps are not made to handle high output of the deluxe P. Try dialing the volume back. Also, your P pickup is probably way louder than the J/doubleJ so that's why it farts more.
Your right. After testing through sound canceling headphones, i am almost 100% sure it's the amp that causes the buzzing farts to happen when i dial the volume more than 1/4 up. Would a 75 watt version of the amo surfice? And the P pickups is alittle louder than the j. how come that is so?

So what are sound canceling headphones?
Is this a brand new bass, or something you have owned for a while? Did stop playing for any length of time? If so, and if you left the battery in it, change the battery.
Otherwise, you need to back off with the volume control because the output is probably just too hot for that amp.
Actually i just got this bass yesterday afternoon.
