Looking at the Bridge pickup volume pot (middle pot in the photo) you will notice a blue wire from the bottom lug to the middle lug of the tone pot. From the middle lug of the tone pot a white conductor of a shielded cable goes to the output Jack (this is signal out). Now look at the very top volume pot in the photo. Notice there is no blue wire connected to the bottom lug like the Bridge volume pot has. Connect a wire from the top pot's (neck pickup volume pot) bottom lug (as seen in the photo ) and then connect the other end to the lug with the blue wire on either the Bridge pot or tone pot (electrically the same point). Now you have the output of the neck pickup's volume pot electrically connected to the signal output on the output Jack.

Just take a wire from your outer lug of the volume pot for the neck pickup and run it to either the same lug on the bridge volume pot, or to the tip lug on the output jack. Either way will tie it into the same part of the circuit.

EDIT: Looking at the second picture, the wire is already connected to the bridge volume pot, its just not connected. Connect the loose blue wire to the neck volume pot and everything will work as it should. You might have to re clock your neck pot for it to reach.
