What is your biggest regret?

My biggest regret has to do with an ex-girlfriend. I would probably be banned for life if I went into detail, but let's just say the opportunity that I got a little freaked out about will never happen again in my lifetime.
Marrying a bipolar *****.
Then again, we had some great kids, so I can't really regret it.
There's a certain woman that I abandoned a relationship with to marry the ex... she lives 1000 miles away now.
Not joining orchestra in 4th grade even though the recruiter told me I had the perfect hands for violin. I wanted to play drums in band.

*yrs ago pawning my 68 jazz to pay probation, lost it

Not sticking at guitar when i was 9 or 10.

Women. I spent too much damn time being the nice guy when I was younger to get the girls I found out later wanted me in the first place.
Screwing around in school earlier which is making me nervous on my chances of going to the colleges I want now. And that's with a 3.8.

I regret spending so much time and money on drinking and mindless pursuits when I was young. I thought I was having fun. What a huge waste. I have a good life now- 2 gifted kids, a great wife, and a nice home. Wish I would have started on that a lot earlier.
When I was in 4th grade it was a track and field day, and I was in the mile event. Half way through it I quit, and walked off the track. That is the only time in my life I have ever given up on something because I thought it was too hard. I wsih Id never given up.
