I just got a used Vester bass on an online auction. I haven't seen a bridge like this before. Anyone have a clue what brand or model it is?

You'd better replace that with an old school bent metal one ASAP, so as to not cause too much controversy here on TB! Just kidding. I have no idea what brand that is. As long as it fits and works, go with it.

Well, since the bass is a Vester, this is their rendition of a Schaller bridge... without the rollers. In other words a Schaller copy.
