What kind of cable to connect Behringer mixer to Behringer interface?

well, just from looking at the pictures... you could connect an RCA cable from the tape output of the mixer to the input of the interface.

That's what I was thinking, but I think I could also use a dual 1/4" to rca to go from the main output to the interface. Would that be any different?

You would get the exact same result this way but the cables (or adapters) are less commonly available.

OK, if I go from the mixer into the USB interface and then into my computer, will Kristal record all 8 tracks from the mixer separately?

if its coming down a cable as one signal, no. you will have to mix it on your board, record it, and deal with it there.

your idea would work with things that get bounced down to stereo, such as drums, but you would only have one chance to mix/eq/process them.

your minimal setup has many limitations. you would be better off recording from the board preamps and the levels flat to your interface, into your DAW. then route FROM the DAW to the mixer, mix, and then record a stereo track once you are done with the mix.

or, go from the board preamps to the interface, then mixing in the computer.
