What kind of strings are those?

I know it's a long shot, but can anybody tell me anything about the strings used in this video? They make the bass sound so clear and yet not harshly bright. Thanks!

Honestly, they sound pretty generic to me. Fresh nickel roundwound strings set low and played lightly, but I could be pulling McCartney here ("Which strings? Dunno, shiny ones!").
That bass has plenty of highs and there's no high-cut, so guy goes easy on it. Not sure how that would work out in live gig though...

Any nickel-plated steel roundwound would probably get you there.
