I have heard he's just chilling out. I think he did pretty good financially with the whole Incubus/Sony settlement right before he left the band. I wouldn't be suprised if he's a studio guy now though. He was doing that in the past anyway, and I'm sure he can can keep a good quality of life just doing that now. The only problem is that you get no recognition for it though.

Hopefully, he comes back soon. Its been a long time since I've heard new Stu Zender music, hopefully Dirk doesn't just go away for a long time too.
