What rig are you using at most gigs?

ThunderFunk 550B, SWR Golight 410. A couple of pedals and a G&L SB-1.
Nice amp. What does that thing do to your back? Looks like it would be easy to haul around.

The cabs change depending on stage size. Just realised on a super tight stage that my CN212 will fit underneath the keyboard, so even though it has a slightly bigger footprint on stage it actually takes up less space than the SVTs stacked. The Ampegs look heaps cooler though.

I got tired of hauling around a 410 cab though snow, -35, and up tight stairwells, and decided that since I will only live once I'm going to treat myself. And, it turns out that it sounds tremendous, so it's a win/win. Since I bought it, I haven't used any of my other gear, so I'm going to sell everything and just keep one 410 cab and a Hartke L500 head for backup.
I was interested in this amp as well, but found myself not fond of the rear-top-loaded control section nor the rat-hair covering
I really love my gear that I'm using. I agree about lugging a 410 around tho. Im on a lifting restriction from the Dr. so I'm lucky the guitar player will usually get it out of the truck and I just roll it inside. But I have a bass player friend that just loves his Markbass stuff so I was interested in the portability of it. There is just no way the wife would let me spend that much.

Used to have one but traded up to get the Jeff Berlin model with a 115 inside of it. Another local bass player uses the same combo but uses a homemade extension cabinet that probably weighs the same as your setup. It always sounds great when I have seen him play through the setup.

For many years it was a Trace Elliott Series 6 200w 15" combo (RIP). But since about 2006 my gig rig has been my two Wal basses (1985 Mk 1 Custom, 1979 Pro Series), 500w MarkBass Little Mark II, two Traveler cabs (2x10, 1x15), minimal pedals (Boss or TC tuner, Lehle 3@1 switcher, maybe a Boss Bass chorus and a Morley Dual Bass wah). Since put together a pedal board with a few more pedals on...).
For smaller, coffee bar or acoustic/non-drum gigs I'd stick to the Custom Series Wal and just bring the LMII, 2x10 cab and the tuner.

Here is a bad picture of my rig... but it shows how I stack the PA on the bass rig. Mic mechanic + beer on top. The wireless is just out of sight to the right. There is no room on stage, so I play at the back of the pub.

Here is a better picture of the rig: EA iAMP500C with extension wizzy cab. Bass is an MIM P bass in natural with black pickguard. If we provide the PA I go wireless, but I prefer being wired. The tuner is through the tuner out here (the cable on the right).
