What size hex wrench for US Professional tuners?

The title pretty much says it. I want to adjust the tension on my 2016 US Professional Precision tuning machines. I've tried every small hex wrench I own, nothing fits. I read online that it takes a 2mm wrench, ordered a mm set, nope, doesn't fit. I read some Fender specs that said it takes a 7/64" wrench, ordered one of those, not even close.

Does anyone have the right number? I can't be the only person who's ever wanted to adjust tuner tension on an Am. Pro.

Are they stripped at all? Sometimes that will change the size a bit. If you can’t find the right one just jam one in there and extract it. Then replace with a better sized option.

No, not stripped. I just need to know the correct size wrench to buy.

My guess would be they are metric and there are a few sizes that cross over between imperial and metric.

There are also 2.5 mm hex screws too

Near impossible question for a message board. Buy a giant hex wrench set and try them all… lol (I’ve done this. It works! )

2.5 mm is too big. 2 mm fits just a little loosely. I don't know, maybe some previous owner did strip them a bit.

What seems crazy to me is the trial and error approach to something that should be easy to find out. It's an adjustment screw. Surely the size should be listed in the instrument specs?
