• Average White Band. Especially the "White Album", Cut The Cake, & Soul Searching...I learned them all cover-to-cover. Try "Pick Up The Pieces" & "Work To Do".
• Heatwave's 1st 3 albums.
• Grover Washington, Jr. Stuff like Mr.Magic & Winelight
• George Benson...Breezin' & Good King Bad
• Tom Scott & The L.A. Express...debut & Tom Cat
