Double Bass What strings are these?

Hi,
I have been told that these strings are from Velvet but didnt know witch one,can you guys tell me?
The are very thicker

those don't look like velvets

And they are no Velvets. No ball ends with Velvet strings, only loops or straps.
And the only flat steel wound strings are Compas 180 (straps) and Classico (loops).

I never seen them, but I'm pretty sure that even the discontinued Compas 360 have loops or straps too.

I've had compas 360s, and they are very different from the strings pictured. They were kinda round wound, had some copper on the low strings. I think the g was silver, while the d was a silver/copper hybrid between the two. They have banana yellow loop ends!

They look like Chinese shipping strings to me.

Don't know bout the strings, but the hideous background makes it kid of hard to look at the pic for more than two seconds.
