Hahaha, it's interesting though.
I just design the pedals I'd like to use myself. And I was super into metal when I designed the B3K... so that's why it ended up being that tight and aggressive.

Now with the years I've ended up listening to a lot more classic bands... Rush, Yes, The Who, RATM, Led Zeppelin, etc.
So the "ideal" sound in my head has changed drastically and that really influenced the designing of the Vintage.

So this will not be the Best Pedal for Metal?

For me, EQ and DI on the B7K is the win but we haven't heard any sound samples of the vintage so IDK really.
