What to name my new bass?

I have a bass on its way, and I have a habit of naming my instruments. Nothing real imaginative, like my previous bass I called "Bass" (pronounced like the fish) and various other non-creative instrument names. This one is special though. So far, I'm thinking Doug. Thoughts?

OP, let the bass speak to you, maybe it's not even a male.

Maybe name it Link Removed

Or +1 for "Pearl"

Or "A Bass Named 'Sue'"

Or "Eugene, Careful with that Axe"

Since your other bass is named after a fish, you could name this one "Angel" or "Carp", "Dogfish", "Minnow"?

Let us know its name when you decide...
