I'd say it's actually a precision bass. You have to play on precise locations on fretless instruments

Personally, I think I'd call it... George. A Fender bass in need of a new, better, non-tort pickguard. And, again personally? A bass in need of a lined fingerboard - otherwise, my tone-deaf self couldn't play it. Which is why all 4 of my fretless basses have lines...
