What would you do with a time machine?

I'd probably go back and severely beat a guy. I don't know who he is now, but with a time machine I could easily find out.

Then I'd grab a newspaper or a sports almanac from the future.

Well the obvious stuff first: go back about 30+ years and check out the great bands - like Genesis and KC and Zappa -- and then go further back and check out the keyboard chops of Mozart and ... Bach.
And I'd invest in Apple, not Microsoft. Less feeling of guilt, I think.

But the interesting bit would be to first go to the future and get the technical details for the time machine, and then go to the past and patent it. Then either preven it from being built, or arrange it so that it got invented some other time, or any time.
