That show ended right when things were just getting started. Two seasons of build up and character development and **** was about to go down, and then it just stopped. It didn't end. It stopped. Ridiculous.

I did. I have mixed feelings about it. But Cara Delevingne was great as always.
There are two other French kinda sci-fi movies that left a similar impression on me: "Demon Lover" and "Immortal (Ad Vitam)".

I've seen "Valerian...", and I liked it more than "The Fifth Element." Chris Tucker's role in "The Fifth Element" seriously got on my nerves, and while I like Tiny Lister, I didn't buy him as the president at all.Multiple times, always enjoy it. Sometimes pair it with The Fifth Element for a double feature. I'll also watch anything Cara Delavigne is in at least once. Suicide Squad was definitely just once.
He was so obnoxious. The part was originally gonna be played by Prince, which would've been interesting.
Wife and I liked "Carnival Row" and "Carnivale", which is rare-ish that we both like the same viewing (tastes very different from each other). Couldn't quite get into "Valerian...". Liked "Fifth Element", even Chris Tucker's role.
On Amazon Prime, I (not wife) recently watched "The Green Knight", "Asteroid City", "Everything Everywhere All at Once". I have patience and wait for movie/series until they're not for rent or buying. Enjoyed all three.

Deutschland 83/86/89 was pretty good as well. Nice counterpoint to The Americans (love that series) as it's in the same time-frame.
I've started both at some point, but didn't finish either. Should start again one day.
We watch "Klaus" every year around Christmas time. It's really good."Rise of the Guardians"
Not technically a superhero movie, but it's still my favorite superhero movie of the past few years. Also technically not a Christmas movie, but it's still a great Christmas movie. And who knew the Sandman (Sandy) was such a tough guy?
Next up: The animated movie "Klaus."

The original one from the 80's. I like it. I feel it's better than the remake. The owl that follows him around reminds me of the macrame owl my mom made and hung from the ceiling in our living room.

The remake is a typical CGI-fest that takes itself too seriously.
