Just got here this afternoon - Catalinbread HyperPak Dirty Channel. This is a cool little box!

Gone - cash for above, with no regrets.

Hopefully going soon - Boss ODB-3; know anyone who wants one? I don't want to have to sell it to GC...

I got booted with a dear john letter, guess they figured out I owned too many fuzz pedals. ;)
You were Dear-John'd out of your band? Harsh...

keyboard synths. but the more I think about it, the more I'd probably be better off with the roland pickup-and-synth-thing setup.

sooo, back on track:

Coming eventually: Roland GK-3b Pickup and VB-99 Bass processor, along with a Kaossilator and some other synth crap.

I have one of the pickups and for synth playing through even the newer roland synth units the tracking sucks, I found that really light strings helped a lot and you can do some nice things but it just isn't fast enough yet [to me] .

I was looking at a Dave Smith Mopho to use with a midi pickup setup but after getting the pickup and testing it through a few units [in stores] I felt that the latency would just make me frustrated. Maybe with a VB-99 you might have better luck then me but what I'm getting at is if you can try-before-you-buy on the synth stuff....

Gone: My patience at waiting for the CFV2. I took myself off the wait list, not to mention it would no longer fit on my board.

Going: The idea of a two pedalboard setup. It was just frustrating to have some pedals on one board and some on another. Maybe if I had a big board/little board setup with a PT-Mini but two PT-2s didn't work for me at all.

Likely going: PT-2, PP2+, Barge VB-jr, ProCo Turbo Rat, 1st gen DOD FX25, Vox Time Machine, Moog LPF.

Coming: Maxon FL-9 from the classifieds. Very likely a Robot Factory Brain Freeze.

Coming (arrived today):
Got a good deal on it, figure it would be nice to try as I am not extremely happy with my Assmaster at the moment.

Going: Maybe Double Germ Pink Assmaster, Subdecay Quasar

HUH! Small world geographically and effect wise.

What's Coming:

Musket Red Rifles edition (got lucky, e-mailed to get on the waiting list and they had one left from a special run!).

EHX Bass Big Muff (20% off and free shipping at Music 123!)

What's Going:

Depending on the results of my "fuzz battle", one of the following (maybe two, but, I'll probably keep the BBM because I got such as good deal):

Zvex Mastotron
Musket, or
BBM

IN: EHX Bass Big Muff (again).

Yeah, that means TWO fuzz pedals on my board. I've found some very special justifications for bringing a Big Muff back into my life again, and the Bass Big Muff is my all-time favorite Muff for its awesome grind. :bassist:

PROBABLY NOT COMING IN: A reverb pedal of some sort. I may not be needing one after all...

Gone: My patience at waiting for the CFV2. I took myself off the wait list, not to mention it would no longer fit on my board.

I was going to ask what this was, but I did a search and figured it out myself. It looks pretty damn cool, the original choral-flange always looks mildly interesting based on the resemblance of its layout to the Polychorus that I love.. Man, if that thing only had a cv 'manual' input...

Going:
*3Leaf Groove Regulator --- decided to keep the Grinder
*Alesis Bitrman --- keeping the Geiger Counter

Gone:
*Ebs Multicomp ---- decided to keep, and loving, the Philosophers Tone

Coming:
*another LS-2.. I need a second, still, because this one is going to the guitarist/keyboardist
*A/B cv box for the MP-201 from Pharaoh Amps (user Matt Farrow) - I placed a want ad for the LS-2 and an A/B and Matt contacted me with the LS-2 and an A/B design of my choice at a very reasonable price. I opted for a slightly larger box with the jacks ideally routed for my setup, to be on the ground velcro'd to the side of the MP201.

Not Coming: The Paradox TZF that I was outbid on by $10, or the one that did not accept my offers.. :bawl:

Here:
*DOD Meatbox - interesting and crappy at the same time. I can see potential though...

*A/B cv box for the MP-201

How are you planning to implement that?

Possibly coming sometime in the next few months:
ARP 2600 Filter Clone
VCA

An extremely talented engineer friend of mine is building a 2600 at the moment and has told me that after he finishes it, he might be willing to let me hire him to build extra filter and amplifier sections for me. With a VCA, I'd have so much more power to shape envelopes, create amplitude swells synced to filter behavior, etc. I'm very excited. I'd really love to know how hard it would be to do a Roland Jupiter clone or a complete replica of the DS Evolver Curtis filter w/ full ADSR and all.
