put simply im getting a very delicous tax return that im throwing a small portion onto the GAS fire
which should i replace? tremolo, distortion or wah
problems with the pedals i have
tremolo (guyatone vt-3) - Noisy little somp box, every volume pulse makes me shudder, i want to replace with an EBS TremoLo, i use tremolo a fair bit in my bands music and this thing is killing me
distortion (proco turbo rat) - to be replaced with a sansamp gt2, put simply, i just don't dig the rat, the distortion sounds like a horrible fuzz that you get from a damaged amp that you play too loud for its capabilities
wah (tech 21 killer wail) - this actually isn't that bad a pedal....the wah is actually pretty nice....but it makes a horrible popping noise every time it gets engaged and i dont like the button being under the treadle so halfway into a very nice distortion sweep POP off goes the wah.....not recording friendly (ibanez weeping demon was what i was considering)

thanks for the reply, ive gotta say the semaphore seems like a pretty good alternative, the ebs is rather expensive for the sake of a filter option and different wave shape, but then...that cusack....now THATS expensive

Did you cancel the order on the white VM P??
Yeah. I had them holding the order until next week anyway so it didn't sit in a cold truck all weekend--it's in the 30s here at night. I saw and held the Electron Blue P and ran home to change the order real quick before it was processed. They didn't have any problem with that at all.
EDIT: The 30s here is like zero to you. Brrrrr.

My first [sic] guitar was an Electron Blue Strat. I put a mint green pickguard on it (not as ugly as you might think. Unique, but not ugly)
Mint Green? Hmmm....I was thinking one of the pearlized ones. Not sure though. I'll wait until I get it. I wish I hadn't sold my Quarter Pounder P pickups now.
