What's the difference between these combos

Can any one tell me the difference between the Markbass CS LMK 102 combo and the Markbass CMD 102. I know the former has the LMK II amp built in, and was wondering if the CMD has the same amp built in.

Decided to e-mail Markbass with this question. I was told the CS LMK 102 is just a proto type and is not yet in production. Yet a music store has it on their site saying it's on back order.
Now that's salesmanship for ya !! :D
