I'm a big fan of the Naked juice... either the green or blue usually:
i prefer the mango one, or the antioxidant one with cherry and pomegranate, but at almost 4 dollars a bottle i avoid them most of the time

a Subway Sandwich: Spicy Italian on Italian herbs & spices bread, with banana peppers, black olives. red onion, green peppers, oil, vinegar, and southwest chipotle sauce.
Iaways get the same sandwich there. now every time they see me walking to the doors, they start my sandwich. It's great, I just walk in, my food is ready and I'm out of the place in less thatn two minutes.

I have fantasies of beeing a uber-bassist, drinking hawaiian water during the gig and have some fresh fruit later.
But honestly, I´m still running on beer... and getting real boozed backstage after the show. It´s still rock and roll, and that´s what workes best for me... maybe some day I take the sensible road.
