wheels on a cab?

Hi there,

I just got an extension cab for my amp and it has removable casters, I know that low frequencies flow better and sound better when the cab is in contact with the ground, I am wondering if leaving the wheels on would change the sound or what would be the best approach?

I think it's easy to test. Try it like it is. Then turn it on its side. Hear if one sounds better than the other.
