Good Condition (as per GC): "This product is completely functional and shows some signs of use. It may have surface scratches and/or dings and dents." So, they plugged it in in this condition and it worked? Okay. Then they left it as-is and put it out for sale? Like that? Yay for 45 day return policies!

It wasn't a nasty email per se, although it wasn't exactly pleasant.

Will try to remember to stop in and take a look at it.

I like that they have it listed as being in "good condition".

According to GC's "good condition" designation it is functional with scratches and dents. Maybe the whole top corner is smashed in but it still works, so they stuck it in a rack hoping no one would notice
