Ok - infrequently.

Try: Bass (preferably Thunderbird)>Blow Torch>VT Bass> Boss MT> Boss DD-3>Ampeg SVT

If this doesn't add fiber to your diet and make you regular, nothing will

I use my fuzz mostly to fill the mix up more when the guitars are off doing their own thing or during solos and whatnot.
