Where can I find Genz-Benz technical assistance?

My Genz-Benz Contour 500 bass amp which was designed in the U.S.A, Assembled in China, is blowing fuse. I need information about repair and replacement parts... I probably need a new replacement electronics board. Help me please.

Do not mess with it and private message Mr. Agedhorse here on TalkBass, he does all the Genz-Benz repairs in a quick turnaround at a very fair price.

He designed that amp. Sending it to him and have it like or better than new.

Unless extra damage has occurred from bad repair attempts.

Since the OP is located in Brazil, he would either send it to the US or find a Fender authorized service center to do the work.

I can support any Fender authorized service center in the world directly, providing they are willing to work on it.

I just got a Shen Compak 300. In the 30 minutes of trying it out, the effects have barely worked, worked properly, made loud noises with nothing plugged in, to barely working. Could you send me some information?
