Where can I find replacement pickup screws for Hofner Ignition ?

Hi All,

I bought a Hofner Ignition project that was more of a project than I expected

I have to replace all of the screws for adjusting the pickup height. Does anyone know where I can purchase said screws, or what size screw they are?

PU-6420 Pickup for Hofner-style Bass
...for a brand new pickup, or take one of your screws to hardware store and ask for help. It is most likely a standard metric size. Don't get stainless steel, as most are not magnetic.
Get regular plated steel.

Thanks for the heads up on plated steel. The screws are so small the 1 hardware store I went to didn't stock them, which is why I'm trying to eliminate the guesswork.

Found the right screw at hardware store #2. The screw was a 2.5M metric machine screw.
