I have had to get a few replacement parts for my EB guitar before. I called Ernie Ball directly and they just sent me out what I needed at no charge. I don't know if they'll still do that, but they've been very helpful for me on several occasions. One time I needed a replacement tuning key and they just shipped me one.
It's times like this that you still wish Daddy's Junky Music was still in business. They sold EVERYTHING.
EBMM will either sell or give you most parts. Thre are a few, like the control plate, neck and bridge that they want the old busted part in exchange.
