Double Bass Where do I buy Rabbath Method Books?

Thanks for the tip. So just skip book 1 and 2?
I play in an orchestra and the pieces I play at the moment are Bruckner 7th symphony, the Eccles sonate and Dittersdorf (E maj) concert 2nd movement. Just to give an indication to where I am level wise.

Does anyone have the table of contents of all three books? or maybe some short samples? so I know what to expect.

The third book covers quite a bit more ground than the first two and is perhaps easier to understand without a Rabbath-trained teacher. It includes hundreds of fingerings for every major and minor scale and arpeggio and over 250 bowing patterns. It's very customizable in its layout, so it really works for any level. The second half of the book has several very advanced etudes and concert pieces and a complete tutorial on crab technique.

I think the third book's introduction is also far more interesting. It's several pages of deeply philosophical thoughts on the nature of music and performance. Definitely worth a read.
