I know Mike Kroeger's tech and Doug Pinnick's tech lurk around these parts. I'm sure both could enlighten on the big stage power situation. Anybody remember their TB handles?

Bob, in all honesty, I walk into a big place, the amp is already set up for me with a quad box at my disposal for effects and wireless, and I ask no questions. I couldn't tell you the first thing about power.
OK sure, you bet, Uh HUH...
I donno, ask Johnny why his rig sounded so much better than all the other bands using the same PA.
I just mentioned our arena because I can get in there and talk to the engineering department. And its a shorter drive than say Minneapolis for a 60,000 seat arena that I figure has every type of power available.

Bob:
you'll also need a simple pig tail and a set of big Allen keys
This makes me remember (for those who still feel a need to talk down to Mr Bonner) back when the Black Crowes opened up for us in a small Bar and brought two 100 watt Marshall Stacks. We did turn them backwards but if people want to they can, simple as that.

Mind if I ask who you play for Red. The first thing that comes to mind is the Georgia Satelites.
Yeah I already have my 7/16" lug... I cheated the others are Klines but good old SEARS came through with both TEE's and standard allen wrenches.
GB, I have to admit that is a really pretty PA rack... Peavey jumped onboard with Crown styling there. We play both kinds of music here: Country and Western... Nice.
