I worked on a gas drilling rig for years. But, I was recently promoted to safety coordinator. It's about time, too. Drilling is a very physical, grueling job with horrendously long hours. And, at 46 years old, I was starting to have trouble keeping up with the young bucks. So, it was just in time. Whew!! So, basically I ride from one drilling rig to the other, thru the mountains in a 4-wheel drive truck, or a 4-wheeler all day.

I have my degree in business management and a minor in psychology. I work for the State of Wisconsin, at a University. I manage the department office for Sociology/Anthropology, Politics, Philosophy and Law and the College of Social Sciences and Professional Development. I am responsible for 12 departments, 500+ students and 100 Professors... I have 5 assistants and 3 immediate supervisors! Gotta love working for the State system
