Where should i put MXR bass filter in an effect chain?

Can someone give me some suggestion about to place this effect in my pedal board
Bass> Polytune>Line selector>Rc booster>Tone Hammer>amp
A send > Limiter enhancer>Chorus>return
B send> Big Muff> Octave> return

I've tried to place in line B between big muff and octave but it didn't work. Any suggestion or even alternative correction about my effect order i'd be appreciated .

Many thanks

It is a dynamic effect it should be the first thing your bass signal hits. Ideally Bass>MXR... otherwise B send> MXR> Big Muff...If it were me I would take the tuner out of the signal chain using the tuner out on the back.
