Where to buy online for Canada?

That never made sense to me? I can't buy a new Gretsch Bass from Musician Friend, but if somebody bought one and returned it, then I can buy only that used bass. Why won't a company just sell their product all over the world?

Exactly. I've been tempted before to ask if they'd sell me a new one but indicate it's a used item in the paperwork. (They could send me the actual paperwork separately through the mail.)
