Where to install bridge on 35in bass?

Please look through the threads here on the LC. You don't even have to search, just browse going backwards from now. This was covered last week, as well as about once every four weeks or so for all the previous years.

And when you get the work done, put up a pic of your method and results!

Dude, you can't just declare that to be accurate, especially since the OP hasn't stated which bridge he/she is using.

OP - place the bridge such that the treblemost saddle, when ALMOST at the end of its travel, is 35" from the nut.

I agree with ctmullins 100%. You do have to have give yourself plenty of room to adjust your intonation as ct's method does allow for. It is better to go off of the saddles and not the mounting holes as each model of bridge can have different hole locations.
