used xotic xj1-5 is worth a look.

I was about to suggest this. They are beastly and crazy good. I added the HRI option and the brass nut. Any yes, it plays better than my Fender CS!

Pony up a few more pennies and get yourself a satin series Sadowsky! On the other note my 5 string metro will Lee weighs in at 8.1lbs and sounds awesome as well! Playability on my sadowskys were 2nd to none.
I have hear great things about lulls but and tried out few laklands but I prefer 34" over 35".
Also the Sadowsky has a 1.75" nut which I prefer and 19" spacing at bridge! Just a perfect jazz ever made!
