Which amp/cab(s) for outside Gig without PA support

I would go with the mb800 and the 212's. Maybe bring the 210 as well and the other head, just in case. If it's a country club kinda thing I doubt you'll need that much firepower though.

I think some of you might not have read OP's post. The upcoming gig is on a country club patio for 200 people. I'm familiar with these types of gig. This is not a rock concert. The audience probably wants to be able to carry on close-range conversations while the band is playing.

This is true, but I have been in a similar situation wherein as the night gets late, people get hammered and it all gets louder, fuzzier and joyfully out of control. This probably will not happen, but if it does, it's best to be prepared to turn up if need be. After all, they're playing rock, not chamber music or backround jazz.
