There is: one bass guitar input (guitar sounds nice as well), 1/4 line in (acoustic guitar can use it) and 1/8 stereo line in. You can plug in these three at once.

Sorry, I think, I answered the wrong question. Yes, you will likely be able to sound with unplugged guitars (and even flute and violin; but that depends: I need 40w to cut through a violin indoors, but outdoors microcube seems to work).
Don't expect a huge amount of bass from a tiny 5+5w amp though. It's not as loud, lacks some bass and tends to grind when pushed hard.

I was not able to achieve that either on Duracells or on rechargeables. But I have a mic preamp connected to the aux in, so that counts. I think, my rechargeables die in ~1.5h.
A am surprised nobody has brought up pig-nose amps. There a NYNY classic.
I have gotten hours of play out of the Roland amp. The sound is not too great, but they get the job done.

I have a Pignose Hog 30, 8" speaker. Sounds great, plenty loud for a couple of acoustics, handles my 5-strings well and should do all you want. Don't overcharge the batteries, though...
Take a look at Crate amps. They have a couple with built in rechargeable batteries that will last up to 4 or 5 hr on a single charge. Plug it into a wall socket when you get home and in a few hours it will be fully recharged. 
Why not just make a bass that produces energy from your hand/finger movement. C'mon guys this ain't rocket science.

It was meant as a joke. Well 1/2 joking because it would be possible. It may be hard to get enough volume but who knows?

Crate is positioning them as guitar amps, not bass. I had good experience when plugging in bass in some guitar combos (namely the 10" Laney), but I think that's an exception.
Is there audio/video of Crate battery-powered amps used with bass? Tried to search for them but it seems not so easy.
P.S. The TX500 seems a bit heavy, but TX15 looks really nice. But not sure if it's good for bass.
