Which amp is best for my style?

I would start by doing a search here on TB for the greenboy Dually. There is a fair amount of info. Additionally the Dually is available through greenboy's authorized builder network. I have ordered several cabs from Dave Homer at Lazarus.Bird and he has been a joy to work with, his site has a write up on the Dually as well. All of greenboy's builders are fantastic and will be more than willing to answer questions. I would contact TB users Zoomie, and write up on his cab. Both use Duallys and love them. Zoomie has a very good Lazarus.Bird. Both would be more than willing to answer questions.

As I said for your tonal goals the 3015's would be my choice. Pretty much what you are getting is a 215, that can handle an honest 1,000 watts. It will be louder than an Ampeg 810e, and have a more authoritative low end. If I was going back to cabs with full range drivers, it would be my top choice.

The new Fender Bassman all tube rigs have been getting a lot of love on Talkbass since they came out last year, and are starting to show up with the bigger guns now. If you want versatile and loud the Super Bassman 300 is well worth considering, along with the other heads mentioned. The Fender 610 neo cab is a great match for it and is considerably lighter than an 810 with its neo speakers, plus a little smaller and more convenient too. Fender also make a neo 810 if you really want to go the 810 route. You have so many choices available so listen to as many as you can, do your research and have fun. You certainly couldn't go wrong with an Ampeg heritage rig too. But do try them out for yourself if you can.

How about a GK 1001RBII or MB800 and a GK Neo 412!

Now your cookin' with GAS! You might want to consider 2 Neo 212-II's for portability and mid to smaller gigs (just use one cab.)

LOL...ya, Ampeg tube amps and GK SS and hybrid amps sound identical and are easily swapped out with no difference in sound.

For a monster Mesa rig, get either a Titan V12 head (if you like it tubey & squishy), or a Carbine M9 head (if you like it clean & tight), with either a Mesa Powerhouse 4x12 cab (4 ohms), or a Mesa Powerhouse 8x10 cab (also 4 ohms).

But this is just a taste of the potential rigs that are available for your purposes. Any of those rigs has the clout to knock down an outhouse - and sound fantastic while doing so.

The Mesa Powerhouse 12 cabs are like cannons...they move so much air it's scary! My GK rig is fine for my needs. If ever I need to suit up for a big venue the PH 212's or 412 are the gold standard IMO. They are a good match for the GK heads too.

If/when you acquire a Powerhouse 8x10, I seriously, seriously doubt you will ever need a Powerhouse 4x12 to go with it. The reverse would also be true.

As for the "best head", I already suggested the Titan V12 and the Carbine M9 (not the M6). Either of them would be a great match - for either of the two Mesa cabs I mentioned. Neither head would be "best". It's a preference kind of thing. Get familiar with the sound & performance of each of them, then decide for yourself. Get it?

I really don't think you've yet grasped just how powerful a Mesa big rig can be. I can't imagine ever needing more than one at a time - for anything smaller than an arena gig. I mean, that's what PA systems are for. Right?

To the OP. I think everyone should own a good SVT (CL or vintage) and an 8-10 at least once. It's a great jumping off platform while you're young. Of course, the downside when you get older is that every rig you own for the rest of your life will be compared to it by your ears. Most won't live up to it. After a while, if you don't have roadies, the thing just becomes impractical. But, hey, "impractical" should not be in your vocabulary at this point! Go for it!

I would go Aguilar 751 and either the GS 412 for a deeper bottom or the DB 412 for a good bottom and a bit more mids.

Congrats on the Boogie gear. I have the Titan V12 and run the PH 4x12 and the PH 2x15 off it. I have never had the amp above the 10 o'clock position because it literally shakes the house too bad. For distortion, I usually use the built in distortion on the Titan, but when I want to go Cliff Burton over the top, I use the Electro Harmonix Big Muff Pi. Enjoy and light that bad mother up!
