Which bass strap do you use?

What bass are you using the strap with?
if the bass is heavy or if you have a heavy arm on there it weighs your shoulder down.

As for me. I've been using a Levi's leather strap for almost three years and I love it. I just looked at the leather ones with thickness and got whichever one was most comfortable. I was that guy at GC for an hour or so. But with a few different straps I liked this one. It was about $30 or $40 at the time. There were more expensive thick and comfy ones but too much for me.

I buy whatever is on sale and try to go at least 3" wide.

I currently have a few Levy's which are well made, comfy and fairly inexpensive. Been using them for years.

A few days ago I bought a 3" Franklin strap at GC and it is amazing. Looks great, the leather is super soft, it is well made and on sale for $39.99. The leather has a little bit of give/bounce in it too. Kinda like a neoprene strap. Looks great on my Fodera.

Here is the strap. Highly recommended in any case.....

My favorites are the Mono "Betty" straps and Comfort Strapp. A wide Levy's would probably help with weight distribution, but I prefer a little softer cushioning. If the Mono was a 1/2" wider, it would be perfect for heavier basses.
