The only thing moving more air than a 210 is this thread. I currently have 2 112’s, and I can be compact with one or loud and proud with two. Can’t help you with Darkglass, but buying as much as you can afford to be set for as long as possible makes sense. If you came here for an opinion on whether to buy something or not, the answer will always be YES.

Factual correction to incorrect information provided:

For the same axial motion, a 210 will always “move more air” because Sd is greater on a 210 and the equation for volumetric displacement is: Vd = Sd x Xlin

Vd is the total air displacement per cycle, 1/2 being in the forward direction and 1/2 being in the backwards direction.

That was a tongue in cheek, inside joke” description that was related to a simplistic (and somewhat sarcastic) explanation that was used in promotional material for selling into the church sound market.

It’s funny in different ways to different people for different reasons.

The 7 bad systems refer to the 7 hz ranges that can interfere with mixing, 4 of them living in the range a bass mostly plays in. Darkglass gear often offers a mixer with dedicated functions to combat those specific ranges already dialed in on their products
