Which Fender Precision has the slimmest neck?

Slimmest? I’d have to say a Precision Lyte, but they were Japanese-made if I recall correctly.
I have discovered that neck width at the nut is not nearly as noticeable as neck contour. Any P bass with a C or Modern C neck contour is easy on the fretting hand. I should know, since I arguably have the smallest hands and shortest fingers on this forum... (me and JimmyM) and I find those style of necks to be very comfortable for the fretting hand.
Fender Special Edition Deluxe PJ. End of search. It's got what is essentially a Geddy Lee neck, which is about as thin and slim as they get. Currently my favorite bass.

Also - the Fender custom shop Postmodern Journeyman features a Jazz profile neck to the point that it actually has a Jazz Bass logo on it.

American Special Honeyburst Nitro - always loved the necks on those. 1.625” but slim front to back profile.

One of the reasons fenders are bolt-ons is because you can replace the necks. When they relase a p bass w/ a j neck, they put a j neck on a p bass in the factory. I do the same home. All of my p basses have j necks.
With a still produced Nate Mendel model you will be fine .. it’s not as slim as a “A” neck but the difference is not huge ... same can be said for the current Deluxe MIM P-basses and for the MIJ PB70, which you can find 2nd hand for 400USDNow, from all original/stock options, which one would be the slimmer one? Doesn't have to be the slimmest ever.Thank you! Mainly interested in 3TSB.
Any P that has had it's neck replaced by a Modulus J neck would fit the bill. There isn't a wood neck that comes close to how narrow and slim the old graphite necks sat in the hand. Almost like they were 3-string necks.

Black/white/black or black pearloid pickgaurd would look great. Even white pearloid. There’s so many choices...
Any bass with a poor setup will feel horrible, no matter how good the bass is to begin with. That said, there are many possible reasons why an Aerodyne might not work for you, but I just thought I’d mention the possibility.
