Which language should I learn?

Think of history's biggest colonizers and learn those languages.
But I say Spanish and Mandarin. If you know English and those two, you can travel almost anywhere without worries.

I learned Arabic and it was the hardest language I have learned. Mainly because I had no desire to learn it.

Learn Arabic. It is the most sought after language for interpreters around the world and is in very high demand. My stepfather speaks every dialect because he is middle eastern and you would not believe the offers he gets. If you know that language, you seriously would not even need a college degree to get work (not that I'm saying I don't recommend getting one.)
I've tapped both of those flavors. I stand by my original statement, even with a sexy Japanese wife.
I dunno Maki, personally, I think Japan has the sexiest women out of all the asian countries. You did right in marrying one of them.
Arabic. Probably the most interesting language I've dealt with yet. The script is also quite fun to write in, and also opens up Farsi, Dari, Urdu, and quite a few other languages as well.
Okay, why is Klingon not on this list?
Btw, I speak Indonesian and Italian, they are not the most useful languages, but they are a blast to use when I have the opportunity.
Actually, +1 on the ASL, I'm learning sign and teaching it to my kid.

South Korea is a beautiful country. I'm there now playing a two month tour of the militray bases. I've met at least a couple bassist-soldiers at each base.
It's been a real blessing to give back to these guys and gals.
There's a level of respect here that you don't always get in the states. The food rocks!
They have a sake like drink called Soju. It hits hard and quick. So drink with caution.

There's lots of verb conjugation in German. Take "haben" (to have):
Ich habe
Du hast
Er/sie/es hat
Wir haben
Ihr habt
Sie haben
I read recently, on a website, that Norwegian is a very good language for English people to learn because word order is very similar (unlike German) and conjugations are similar. I have to say that, while I don't speak any Norwegian, the writer made a good point and backed it up with good examples.
I didn't notice if Norwegian was on the list before writing this reply though...

Did you watch any of the recent Indian Premier League (IPL) Cricket? Kings XI Punjab had a very pretty girl on their bench. Don't know if she was medical staff or the owner's daughter or something, but she was the best reason to watch that team play (because they were rubbish at the actual cricket).
