Which Neutrik Speakon Connector?

Here you go. After thinking about your response, this may be wgat you’re looking for. Two choices:

Before the issue with the new Neutrik connectors came up I purchased 4 of the tan ones and made two soeaker cables. They work fine with regular Neutrik SpeakOn jacks. I don’t have any equipment with the combos, but would never use them with combo jacks.View attachment 7469245View attachment 7469246
This is the danger of a manufactuter creating a product line that isn't 100% compatible; end user confidence is compromised.

Adapters such as the Speakon to phone jack are good to get you through an unknown situation, but for permanent use always get the proper ends needed.
The extra length and weight adapters put on a jack can cause damage over time. Or that one bump, then "crack", because the plug is sticking out further than without an adapter.

Adapters can save you, but they can also create tears.
