All of them share the "Cirrus sound" with subtle differences. However if I had to choose one, I´d go with the Redwood version (not listed in your poll). IMHO, it´s the most beautiful one.
 
I have a redwood/alder currently. It has a really nice overall tone, but to me, it's hard to beat the sound of the walnut. It's thick with great definition and top end. I have heard the maple in a country setting. (my bud uses one) Very nice indeed, but my choice would still be the walnut.
 
I didn't vote in the poll because I've never played one.

I vote for the Redwood though because there is one that's supposed to show up at my door step Tomorrow!

Now, I just have to find a way to break it to my wife...oops.
