Which pickguard for a J?

My MIM Fender Jazz Deluxe needs a new pickguard. How about antique pearl? Any ideas?
I'll also be installing a chrome F ashtray at the same time, along with a set of new flats.

I think aged or white pearl will get "lost" in the overall color scheme
the only other thing I can think is gloss black

I used to have a Vintage White/rosewood MIA Jazz that looked to be almost the same as yours, color-wise. I used to alternate between a white pearl and a tort pickguard. Both look good, IMO. If you do get something else, hang onto the tort. It looks good with the color of the bass, and it blends well with the rosewood.

my opinion is leave the tort on, but if you do go with white pearl.....go ahead and do white knobs and white pickup covers

I'm with LarryO. If you don't go tortise, do the antique pearl. I have no opinion on the knobs, but it would probably look sweet. I say keep the black pup covers.
