Which pickguard for a natural finish?

I’m looking for something a bit off the beaten path but still classy if possible.

this is my first 'all natural' ax (from parts) --- i painted the white pickguard. not sure weather i'll keep this pickguard or not, but i think it has a 'look':

Don't know if it's been said already but, gold. Not that anodized stuff, shiny, blingy, mirror gold.

thanks! i used krylon fusion paint (it's apparently made to "fuse" with the plastic) so i can change it up for a $5 rattle can!

Gothic 's gold piece is eye-catching!

I thought about clear or nothing but the pick guard screws would bother me.

My KSD J6V70 should be getting here soon. I was kind of thinking about replacing the pickguard with something a little different.

Any ideas? What pickguard do you like best on natural basses?
