Which pickguard will fit a Squier Vintage Modified Precision P/J bass?

I really love the configuration of this bass, but think a three ply tort guard would be perfect on a lake placid blue version. Just looking into whether or not I can easily buy one.

Anyone own one of these and has replaced the pickguard? Is there a straight fender option or do I have to have one custom made ?
