Which pickups to go for?

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum. I wanted an opinion on which pickups to use in my custom 6 string multi scale Bass that I'll soon by asking to make from a luthier friend of mine.

I want a sound like the Dingwalls. Aggressive and more like Metal stuff.

Yeah I checked them but it says that these are intended for parallel frett Basses.

This Spector Rebop has EMG Pickups. It is an excellent option.
